Program Highlights

· NYS Sea Level Rise Task Force

Kristin Marcell of NYSDEC Hudson River Estuary Program will provide an overview of the key findings and recommendations of the Task Force effort, a key adaptation initiative in New York State. The draft report will be released for public comment this fall.

· Solutions for Climate Change

This presentation, developed by the DEC Office of Climate Change, is designed to be used by volunteer members of the Speakers Bureau to engage local governments in adopting and implementing the NYS Climate Smart Communities Pledge. We’ll share the presentation and get your feedback on its key messages.
