New: updates to original case studies on shoreline projects detail site progression through the years

In 2013 and 2014, case study reports were written for the following 5 sites along the Hudson River: Habirshaw Park and Tidal Marsh, Foundry Dock Park, Esopus Meadows Preserve, Athens Fourth Street Kayak and Canoe Launch, and Coxsackie Boat Launch.
